Tomato Basil Sandwich with Feta Aioli

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
  3. Spread the aioli on both bread slices.
  4. Place the tomato on one slice of bread and top with the basil.
  5. Season with pepper.
  6. Top with the remaining bread and cut into halves.
