Beef Stew(Crock-Pot)
- 2 lb. stew meat, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 5 potatoes, diced
- 1 small can whole kernel corn
- 1 stalk celery, cut up
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. marjoram
- Place meat in crock-pot.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours).
- Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
