Frosty Fruit Smoothie
- 1 cup orange juice or 1 cup other fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons Benefiber fiber supplement
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen fruit, of your choice (peaches, berries, melon, or whatever you have)
- Place the juice and benefiber in a blender and blend 30 seconds.
- Add the banana and blend until smooth.
- Blend in the frozen fruit.
