Black Forest Brownie Bites Sugar Free

  1. For brownie bites, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. In a small pot over a low heat, melt chocolate and butter, stirring constantly.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in SPLENDA Granulated.
  4. Stir in vanilla and eggs.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to chocolate mixture, stirring just until blended.
  7. Stir in dried cherries and spoon into prepared mini muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes and cool completely before removing from tin.
  9. Two dozen brownie bits.
  10. FROSTING: Beat cream cheese, butter, SPLENDA Granulated and vanilla until smooth.
  11. Pipe a generous dollop of frosting on each brownie bite and top with a dried cherry.
  12. Store brownie bites refrigerated for up to 3 days.
