Rosemary Scented Potatoes Gratin

  1. Combine garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary and parmesan in a mixing bowl.
  2. Slightly overlap 1/3 of the potatoes to cover the bottom of a lightly greased dish.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the herb mixture.
  4. Repeat twice.
  5. Pour chicken stock over potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
