Rosemary Scented Potatoes Gratin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 shallots, minced
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
- pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Combine garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary and parmesan in a mixing bowl.
- Slightly overlap 1/3 of the potatoes to cover the bottom of a lightly greased dish.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of the herb mixture.
- Repeat twice.
- Pour chicken stock over potatoes.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
