Corned Beef And Egg Burgers Recipe

  1. In small bowl, beat egg, adding pepper, as in making scrambled egg.
  2. Don't add in lowfat milk.
  3. Then using a fork, mash into the egg the 1/4 can of corned beef till the mix is a smooth, even consistency through-out.
  4. Then add in the Ritz cracker crumbs, and stir further till all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, and mix will hold a peak when lifted.
  5. This mix will produce 2 patties, and the recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or possibly whatever.
  6. Spoon equal amounts of mix into a skillet, and fry on medium heat till golden on each side.
  7. Dress the burgers with your favorite condiments.
  8. Simply delicious, and easy to make.
  9. Enjoy.
