Buckwheat Pancakes for a Bunch

  2. Mix dry ingredients (first 5) together.

  4. Mix wet ingredients together.

  6. Mix wet mixture into dry mixture -- mix thouroughly.
  7. Preheat griddle at medium heat setting.
  8. Ladle 1/2 to 2/3 cup per pancake onto lightly oiled griddle.
  9. Cook for about 2 minutes per side.
  10. These pancakes need to cook slower than normal pancakes or they will get too dark.
  11. Serve with berries, syrup or apple sauce.Enjoy!
