Helix's Salmon & Potato Biscuits

  1. Blend salmon, parsley and eggs until smooth.
  2. (I used my immersion blender for this).
  3. Add flax meal and blend until mixed.
  4. Pour into a bowl and stir in flour and garlic powder if using.
  5. Add a little more flour if needed to make a soft dough.
  6. (I had to knead a little to incorporate all the dough).
  7. Roll onto a floured surface and cut with a cookie cutter into desired shape (or you can just cut into squares with a knife, or pinch off pea sized pieces).
  8. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 F for 15-20 minutes until they are as soft or crispy as you want them to be.
  9. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
