Cheese Spread
- 2 pounds Velveeta Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled (Or A 3.5-4 oz. Jar Of Bacon Bits)
- 1 cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Small To Medium Onion, Finely Minced
- Few Drops Tabasco
- 1 jar (6-8o Z. Jar) Creamed Horseradish
- Heat cheese in a double boiler until melted.
- Combine the remaining ingredients with the cheese and mix well.
- This keeps in the refrigerator for up to six weeks or indefinitely if frozen.
