Barbecue Sauce For Chicken Or Chops Recipe

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
• 1 tsp crushed garlic (or possibly chopped onion)
• 2 1/2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp grnd ginger

1. Mix ingredients together and marinate the meat overnight.
2. Baste the meat with the marinade as it cooks either over the grill or possibly under the broiler.
