Protein Mugcake

  1. Add all the dry ingredients into a cup an mix
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the same cup and mix again
  3. Bake for about 2 minutes in the microwave
  4. Top off with fresh fruit and maybe some thick yogurt

chocolate, coconut flour, cacao, egg, milk
