Protein Mugcake
- 1/2 cup Protein powder chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- 2 tsp Raw cacao
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- Add all the dry ingredients into a cup an mix
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the same cup and mix again
- Bake for about 2 minutes in the microwave
- Top off with fresh fruit and maybe some thick yogurt
chocolate, coconut flour, cacao, egg, milk
