Sig's Spicy Carrot and Butter Bean Soup

  1. heat oil in pan,add onions ,crushed garlic and carrots,cook for 5 min,add the ground spices simmer for 1 min ,stir.Add stock and cook for about 40 minutes until carrots are cooked
  2. add the butter beans, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  3. puree the soup with blender,season and reheat gently.
  4. Garnish with pecan nuts and/or broad beans.
