Feta-Stuffed Lamb Burger with Mediterranean Spread

- 6 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 3/4 tsp. lemon zest

- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano
- Cucumber-Mint Sauce
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup seedless cucumbers, small dice
- 6 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- Lamb Patties
- ground lamb
- 18 each green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 lb. feta cheese, thinly sliced
- 24 each French bread rolls, split, toasted
- 24 slices cucumbers, cut lengthwise into 1/16-inch-thick slices, then cut diagonally in half
- 6 each plum tomatoes, each cut into 8 thin slices
- Mediterranean Spread: Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer 30 sec.

- Cucumber-Mint Sauce: Combine ingredients.

- Lamb Patties: Mix meat, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
