Mike's Birmingham Eggs Benedict Dippers

  1. Bake biscuits as per manufactures directions.
  2. Usually about 15 minutes.
  3. Make Hollandaise Sauce as per manufactures directions.
  4. You'll usually use 1 cup whole milk and 1/4 cup butter and simmer until sauce is thickened.
  5. Fry ham steak until fully cooked.
  6. Fry eggs leaving yolks slightly runny.
  7. Create breakfast sandwiches and serve with a side of hot Hollandaise and fresh fruit.
  8. Garnish sauce with Paprika.
  9. Dip sandwiches in your side of Hollandaise and enjoy!
