Apricot Margaritas Recipe

  2. In 4-qt non metal container, combine apricot nectar, lemonade concentrate, tequila, brandy and ice.
  3. Cover; freeze about 4 hrs or possibly till of slush consistency, stirring occasionally.

  5. At serving time, stir mix.
  6. Spoon 3 c. mix at a time into blender container.
  7. Cover; blend till of desired consistency.
  8. 3.
  9. To serve, rub rims of glasses with lemon slices; dip rims in coarse salt.
  10. Fill each glass with margarita mix.
  11. Garnish with apricot slices.
  12. 16 (1/2cup) servings.
  13. NOTES : INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTION: Give these drinks a sweeter taste by dipping the rim of the glass in coarse sugar instead of salt.
