Dees Oven Fried Chicken

  1. Dredge chicken pieces well.
  2. Put skin side down on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
  4. Flip over and bake 40 minutes skin side up.
  5. I like chicken well done; you may not have to cook it as long.
