Dees Oven Fried Chicken
- 4 pieces chicken, leg thigh
- 12 cup rice flour
- 12 cup self rising flour
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Dredge chicken pieces well.
- Put skin side down on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
- Flip over and bake 40 minutes skin side up.
- I like chicken well done; you may not have to cook it as long.
