Tuscan Tuna Salad
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 12 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 cup white kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 3 medium green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 32
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 2 16 fl oz bottles , favorite flavor
- Toss lettuce, tuna, beans, peppers, onions and dressing in a large bowl.
- Split evenly between 4 salad bowls.
- Serve each salad with 8 TRISCUIT crackers.
- Complement each salad with 1/2 cup strawberries topped with 3/4 cup yogurt and 1 Tbsp.
- walnuts.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
