Easter Bunny JELL-O Dessert
- 4 pkg (85 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Watermelon Jelly Powder, or your favourite flavour
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup assorted candies or sprinkles
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water stirring until completely dissolved, about 2 min.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans.
- REFRIGERATE until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
- TO assemble dessert, place about 4-inches of warm, not hot, water in sink.
- Dip cake pan in water just to top of pan for 5 sec.
- Unmold onto large board.
- CUT dessert according to diagram (click on link below).
- Arrange on large tray.
- Decorate with whipped topping and candies as shown.
