Light'N Fruity Raspberry Pie
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
- 1 pkg (85g) Jell-O Jelly Powder, Raspberry or Cranberry flavour
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup crushed raspberries*
- 1 ready to use 9 inch (23 cm) graham wafer crumb crust
- Fresh raspberries
- PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water.
- Add ice cubes and stir constantly until jelly starts to thicken, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- FOLD prepared dessert topping into jelly until well blended.
- Fold in fruit.
- Chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
- POUR into crumb crust.
- Chill 3 hours.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
