Light'N Fruity Raspberry Pie

  1. PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
  2. DISSOLVE jelly powder in 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water.
  3. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until jelly starts to thicken, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove any unmelted ice.
  5. FOLD prepared dessert topping into jelly until well blended.
  6. Fold in fruit.
  7. Chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
  8. POUR into crumb crust.
  9. Chill 3 hours.
  10. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
