Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

  1. Combine egg substitute, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat milk in saucepan just to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Return mixture to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in egg substitute mixture gradually.
  7. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  8. Stir in raisins and vanilla.
  9. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
  10. Rice pudding can be served warm or cold.
  11. Garnish as desired.
