Apple And Basil Salad With Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 2 tbsp candy tomato or sun dried tomato or raisin optional
• 1 sweet apple
• 4 sweet basil
• 1 tbsp djorn mustard
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 3/4 cup olive oil or less for stronger balsamic flavour

1. MAKE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
2. put all ingredient and mix well
3. SALAD
4. skin and cut apple into bite size and dice candy tomato
5. add fresh sweet basil then top dressing
