Simple Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches (Any fruit)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter (butter)
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Mix peaches with 1 c. sugar; let stand.
- Put 1 stick butter in 2 qt casserole pyrex bowl.
- Place in 325 degree oven to heat butter.
- Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk in a mixing bowl.
- Stir to get lumps out.
- Take 2 qts pyrex bowl from oven, pour flour mix over melted butter.
- Don't stir.
- Spoon peaches on batter.
- Don't stir.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Sometime I add in 1/4 c. water if fruit is dry.
