Simple Peach Cobbler Recipe

  1. Mix peaches with 1 c. sugar; let stand.
  2. Put 1 stick butter in 2 qt casserole pyrex bowl.
  3. Place in 325 degree oven to heat butter.
  4. Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking pwdr, salt and lowfat milk in a mixing bowl.
  5. Stir to get lumps out.
  6. Take 2 qts pyrex bowl from oven, pour flour mix over melted butter.
  7. Don't stir.
  8. Spoon peaches on batter.
  9. Don't stir.
  10. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  11. Sometime I add in 1/4 c. water if fruit is dry.
