Microwave Bang Bang Chicken with Chicken Tenders

  1. Place the chicken on a plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, grated ginger and sake.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
  4. Shred the chicken by hand.
  5. Try not to over-cook the chicken, as it'll continue cooking in residual heat.
  6. Mix the ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.
  7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and stir.
  8. Mix the sauce with the chicken and it's done.
  9. It's also good as a side dish!
  10. You could chill the chicken and sauce and serve with sliced cucumbers.
