Microwave Bang Bang Chicken with Chicken Tenders
- 2 Chicken tenders
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Koji miso (or normal miso)
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame
- Place the chicken on a plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, grated ginger and sake.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- Shred the chicken by hand.
- Try not to over-cook the chicken, as it'll continue cooking in residual heat.
- Mix the ingredients and microwave for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds and stir.
- Mix the sauce with the chicken and it's done.
- It's also good as a side dish!
- You could chill the chicken and sauce and serve with sliced cucumbers.
