Diabetic Pumpkin Bars Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. Sugar Twin
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pumpkin
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- Cream flour, shortening and Sugar Twin together.
- Add in Large eggs, pumpkin, and baking pwdr.
- Stir till smooth.
- Add in raisins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Sprinkle top with minced nuts, if you like.
