Tail Waggers

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients and make a well in the middle of the mixture.
  2. Whisk together the broth, oil and 1 egg.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Whisk until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Cut into dogbone shapes.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Whisk together remaining egg and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Brush on cookies.
  10. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
  11. Turn oven off and let cookies stand in the oven with the door closed for 2 more hours.
