Lemon Tilapia
- olive oil
- 4 tilapia fillets (or any mild white fish)
- 1 large lemon (see directions for use)
- lemon pepper, spice
- in electric frying pan, oil the pan just enough so fish wont stick I like to use olive oil, place fillets in pan sprinkle with lemon pepper spice, half the lemon, slice one half and squeeze juice from the other half over fish, place sliced lemon on top of the fillets.
- Put lid on pan and leave until fish is cooked about 10 minutes (350 degrees) took lid off until liquid was absorbed but fish still moist.
- one of the people this was feeding is very fussy but he loved it and asked for the recipe, nothing could be easier or healthier, served with an mixed green salad and steamed veggies.rice or couscous is also nice with this.
