Triple Cheese Chicken Lasagna Recipe
- 8 ounce. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced pimento
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 c. minced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. American cheese
- Cook noodles according to directions on box.
- Cook onion and peppers in butter till tender.
- Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimento and lowfat milk and basil.
- Lay half of noodles in a 13x9x2-inch pan; top with half of soup mix, cottage cheese, chicken, American cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
