Easy restaurant Pasta at Home

  1. In a large pasta pot, boil the pasta as directed.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saute pan, on medium high heat cook the chicken breast in olive oil, garlic and italian seasoning- about 10 minutes depending on thickness of strips.
  3. Add the zuchini and mushrooms to the chicken and cook 5 minutes longer or until the vegetables have softened.
  4. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot, add the brushetta topping, chicken and vegetable mixture and cheese.
  5. Toss to mix.
