Spring Flower Cake

  1. Toss coconut with food coloring until evenly tinted.
  2. Place cake on large serving plate.
  3. Frost top and side with COOL WHIP; sprinkle with coconut.
  4. Cut cake into 8 slices, leaving all slices in place.
  5. Carefully pull out cake slices and separate slightly to resemble the petals of a flower.
  6. Fill center with berries just before serving.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
