Buttered Lobster Tail with Truffle Oil Popcorn

  1. Steam the lobster tail in a pot with a small amount of simmering water for 10 minutes.
  2. Pop popcorn (use enough kernels to yield 1 cup of popped corn per person) according to the instructions (for stovetop popping) on the popcorn bag.
  3. Do not use microwave or flavoured popcorn.
  4. The old fashioned fresh way of doing it on the stove is the best.
  5. And make sure you pop it with no additional flavourings or salt added.
  6. Remove the popcorn to a bowl.
  7. Salt popcorn while it is still hot and drizzle it with truffle oil.
  8. Cut the lobster tail in half and drizzle with melted butter.
  9. Garnish with the parsley and serve immediately.
  10. Enjoy this wonderful flavour combination!
