Double Meat Pizzas

  1. Preheat oven to 400; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  4. On cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4-inch rim around outside edge.
  5. Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Top with pepperoni, cooked ground beef and cheeses.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
