Double Meat Pizzas
- 12 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) cangrands jr golden layers flakey biscuits
- 23 cup pizza sauce
- 14-12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packagesliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 400; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
- On cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4-inch rim around outside edge.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano.
- Top with pepperoni, cooked ground beef and cheeses.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
