Freeze-Dried Tofu & Soy Milk Rusks
- 2 blocks Koya Dofu (freeze-dried tofu)
- 150 ml Processed soy milk
- 50 ml Brown sugar syrup
- Mix the soy milk and brown sugar syrup together.
- Soak the freeze-dried tofu in the mixture from Step 1.
- Leave it until the liquid has soaked through to the centre.
- Take the tofu out of the mixture and thoroughly squeeze out any remaining liquid.
- Cut the tofu into 2-3 mm thin slices.
- Bake the slices in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes.
