Chicken & Rice Bake Recipe

  1. Combine soups in a large saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in lowfat milk.
  3. Heat over medium heat and stir in rice.
  4. Pour mix in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange boneless chicken breasts over rice mix.
  6. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
  9. Serve 6.
