Horse's Neck II

• 1 lemon
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Ginger ale

1. Carefully peel the rind from a lemon in an unbroken spiral and put it in a highball glass with one end hooked over the rim.
2. Add the ice cubes, fill up with ginger ale and drop in a slice of lemon.
