Luscious Brownie Cream Cake with Nut Crunch
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup cocoa
- 3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 stick margarine
- 3 tsp cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp coffee (dissolved in a drop of water)
- 1 Nut Crunch or Cookie Crumbs etc.
- 1 Cherry Pie Filling
- Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake on a greased cookie sheet on 350 for 45 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool.
- Chocolate Cream: Cream all ingredients together.
- Decorate: Once the cake has cooled, using round cookie cutters cut out approximately 18 circles.
- Roll the sides in the chocolate cream and then in the crunch or cookie crumbs... Place a dollop of cherry pie filling on the top.
- Optional: Using whipped topping pipe little rosettes around the cherry pie filling.
