Luscious Brownie Cream Cake with Nut Crunch

  1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and bake on a greased cookie sheet on 350 for 45 minutes.
  2. Allow cake to cool.
  3. Chocolate Cream: Cream all ingredients together.
  4. Decorate: Once the cake has cooled, using round cookie cutters cut out approximately 18 circles.
  5. Roll the sides in the chocolate cream and then in the crunch or cookie crumbs... Place a dollop of cherry pie filling on the top.
  6. Optional: Using whipped topping pipe little rosettes around the cherry pie filling.
