Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 onion
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/4 c. chili sauce
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 c. cooked rice Or possibly
• 1 c. cooked potatoes, sliced
• 1 tube refrigerated biscuits

1. Brown onion and grnd beef.
2. Mix all ingredients together; put in casserole and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
3. Top with biscuits and bake 20 min longer.
