Marshmellow Meringue Apple Pie

  1. Drizzle apples with juice.
  2. Toss with; sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees, 35 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temp.
  6. to 350F (180C).
  7. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add marshmellow creme, beating until stiff peaks form.
  8. Spread over apples, sealing to edge of crust.
  9. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
