Low-Calorie Non-Fried Sweet Potatoes Lemon Flavored
- 1 large Sweet potato
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (Pokka lemon 100)
- 1 Black sesame seeds
- Cut the sweet potato into whatever size you like and soak in water.
- Lightly dry, wrap, and microwave!
- They're good if you can cleanly pierce through them!
- Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, add the sweet potatoes, and cook until browned.
- Add the flavoring, bring to a boil and then sprinkle sesame seeds and it's complete!
