Delicious Naan Bread
- 280 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 12 grams Skim milk powder
- 20 grams Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 5 grams Salt
- 10 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Dry yeast
- 1 Olive oil
- Put the dry ingredients and butter in a bread machine.
- Put the ingredients in a measuring cup and mix well.
- Add to the bread machine and start the "dough-only" setting.
- When the dough is done, divide into 8 portions, deflate and roll into balls.
- Cover with a tightly wrung out moistened kitchen towel and rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to about 1cm thickness.
- Stretch one end to form the dough into a foot.
- Put a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan, and cook over medium heat.
- After cooking one side for about 5 minutes, flip over and cook the other side for about 5 minutes.
- (If it's golden brown like this, it's good.)
- When the bread is cooked, brush the surfaces with olive oil and they're done.
