Sleepy Bear Pancakes
- 3 cups prepared pancake batter
- 1-1/2 cups Teddy Grahams Honey Cookies
- 3 cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, sliced strawberries and bananas)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Ladle 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; lightly press 5 cookies into batter for each pancake.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
- Serve topped with fruit and syrup.
