Ray's Pineapple Teriyaki Wraps
- 1 envelope McCormick Hawaiian seasoning
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/3 cup waters
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chicken tenders
- 2 lb broccoli slaw mix
- 1 bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnut chopped
- 1 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 1/2 bottle Kikoman teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can Pineapple tidbits
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 pita bread optional
- 1 chow mein noodles
- 1/3 water
- start by making marinade and adding chicken tenders to it..let marinade atleast 30minutes.
- cook till done and chop.set aside
- add olive oil to pan add in broccoli slaw stir fry for a few minutes till start wilting down.
- add water and cook about 7minutes, add in water chestnuts, bean sprouts, pineapples and all seasonings and teriyaki sauce.
- continute to cook about 3-4 minutes to desired consistency.
- .I like my sprouts with some crunch, but you can cook to desired taste & consistency.
- assemble wraps top with chow mein noodles.serve with pita bread optional
