Rum Balls Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 50 cookies)
• 1/4 c. Bacardi dark rum
• 1/4 c. honey (I use clover honey)
• 8 ounce. (2 c.) grnd walnuts
• Confectioners' sugar

1. Combine all ingredients except sugar, blend thoroughly.
2. Shape into small balls, rolling them in palm of hand.
3. Roll in sugar and store in tightly sealed container.
