Tomato Salsa

• 2 ripe tomatoes, cored and seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
• 2 tablespoons vinaigrette

1. Combine the tomatoes with vinaigrette and spoon salsa over and around portobello mushroom sandwiches.
