Broccoli and Pancetta Saute

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Cook the pancetta, garlic and hot pepper flakes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is golden and the pancetta is crisp, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the broccoli and 1/4 cup water.
  4. Cover and cook until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
