Bbq Beef Spareribs Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. vinegar, white
- 1 tsp mustard, dry
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x onions, medium
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 kg beef spareribs
- Combine all ingredients except spareribs in a blender or possibly large lidded jar, and blend or possibly shake till the mix is thoroughly combined.
- Place the ribs in a large shallow baking pan and cover them with the sauce.
- Cover with aluminium foil and marinate at room temperature for several hrs.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Leave the foil in place and bake for 45 min; uncover and bake another 30-40 min, basting frequently.
- Serve, cut in portions of 2-3 ribs.
- Can also be prepared with pork spare ribs.
- Can be prepared ahead and reheated.
