Linda's Greek Rice Salad

  1. Cook, and chill rice.
  2. Dice and chop vegetables, and mix with rice, and feta cheese.
  3. Add salad dressing, and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate,until ready to serve.
  5. At serving time add salad dressing, if desired, and mix well.
