Spinach and Feta Hummus

  1. Combine the garbanzo beans, spinach, olive oil, lemon juice and tahini in a large food processor.
  2. Pulse until combined.
  3. Add the feta, red pepper flakes, garlic and salt.
  4. Pulse until combined.
  5. Taste and add salt or more red pepper flakes if desired.
