No-Cook Strawberry Banana-Split Jam

  1. Mix fruit and sugar until well blended.
  2. Let stand 10 min.
  3. Bring water and pectin to boil in saucepan; boil 1 min., stirring constantly.
  4. Add to fruit mixture; stir 3 min.
  5. Pour into clean jars or plastic containers.
  6. Cover with tight-fitting lids.
  7. Let stand at room temperature until set.
  8. (This could take up to 24 hours.)
  9. Store in freezer.
  10. Or if jam will be used within 3 weeks, store in refrigerator.
