Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread/Dip

• 12 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese (sharp, Colby - Your Choice) Grated Finely
• 4 ounces, weight Pimentos (jar) Diced
• 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Onions
• 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper (seeded & Finely Chopped)
• 1 cup Mayonnaise

1. Combine all ingredients and mix together well.
2. I usually use a large fork to mix.
3. This spread is great for sandwiches, on crackers, and I have used it as a dip.
4. Do not use salad dressing must use mayonnaise.
