Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

  1. Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
  3. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350F (180C).
  5. for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
  7. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
