Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
- 3 cups flour, all-purpose
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 cup nuts chopped
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 1 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups bananas mashed
- 8 ounces pineapple crushed, drained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
- Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
- Bake at 350F (180C).
- for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
